The room was exceptionally comfortable and attractive, included ironing facilities, an iPod docking station, and a radio. Location: the hotel was short walk to lovely gardens on the outskirts of Geraldine as well as long drive up the South Island. We loved the property and would return there.

the room was beautifully presented with informative tourist information and environmental studies of the local area. the outdoor seating area was a great place to relax and admire the superb gardens. the breakfast was well-served with pleasant hosts.
It was a shame the hosts didn't invite us to use the lounge in the evening like other B&B's where we have stayed previously.

Stunning gardens and an incredible view of the mountains made for a serene and peaceful stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, offering great advice on the local area. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. Conveniently located just a short stroll from town, this accommodation is perfect for those who want to explore the local area.
Although generally a pleasant stay, the lack of seating in the room made it difficult to relax and limited options for activities. The noise level during the night was also somewhat disruptive, making it hard to achieve a good night's sleep.
